On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. "They were very responsive from the initial contact. Answered all questions clearly and there was nothing hidden. The started construction on my street a head of schedule and I called to let them know so they could coordinate. Instead they asked to come a couple of days earlier on the weekend when there was no street construction. The crew was great and the was just about completed that day. (They ran out of cap pieces and came back Monday morning and finished) The clean up was great and the prices competitive with other roofing companies in the area. They were the best bang for the buck, so to say. I would definitely recommend them and use them again."

"Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was the 3rd roofer to inspect my very simple repair job (replacing a single edge shingle) and the estimator (Adam) was the only one of the 3 to offer a repair right away.
