"Altitude did a fantastic job. We had specified putting ice and water barrier on the entire roof and they did great with that. We had asked for "dutch weave" pattern, with random spacing of an occasional extra shake in a course. They did beautifully on that. Altitude uses yellow Alaskan cedar shakes, which we were unfamiliar with, but they are excellent and it's clear the roof will last for a long long time. They worked very long and productive days, always cleaning up well each evening. They even worked 6 hours the Saturday it was nearly 100 degrees! We could not be happier with the job they did and would highly recommend them."

"They upsold me on gutters and windows. One section of the gutter is not right. They have a hole just going from one section of the roof right onto the shingles and it backs up with leaves. The roof is great. The windows are already falling apart and I really wish they were installed better. Pretty janky install. Just cut out the ole windows and put new ones. While covering the wood trim with vinyl trim. Didn’t matter that the wood is rotten underneath. Yeah well. I won’t be in this house forever. "

"In addition to doing a fantastic job they also roofed my shed that was not in the contract, rebuilt a flat roof and cut in a ridge vent and soffits at no extra cost. Freddy and his guys came back and sealed areas of the siding causing the problem. Customer service after the job is done, is extremely important to me.
