"Having issues with toilet and suspected it needed to be replaced Called Mike - he responded promptly and was here in a couple of days. Upon inspection he stated toilet was in good shape but needed a seal. He replaced the seal and charged me $25. Have you ever had a plumber come to your house and only charge $25?
