"There was a moisture problem after they completed the floors, but we called and they are coming back to fix free of charge. Service is excellent. Floors, other than small problem beyond their control look fantastic."

"Adequate sweep for rates charged. I can respect the game of upselling additional services/upgrades, but I questioned the necessity ($1K for replacing all the wood stove chimney pipes). At the end of it all, I hired another contractor for a second opinion- who addressed piping issues for minimal cost (basically the price of a sweep)."

"Sean was a dream to work with, his communication is second to none. We hired Footprints to replace carpet and add vinyl plank flooring. Crew was amazing fast, neat and friendly. Sean made sure we were completely satisfied. We hired him to do our first level the next week, and we are so happy with the results."

"Great service !!!!! Job well done !!!!!! Great Company !!!!!!!"

"Great price. Showed up on time. Great communication. Expert installation with no issues. Couldn't be happier. Hope to hire him for more projects."

"The place looks great!  It's absolutely beautiful.  Bill & Jay do top quality work and a reasonable price.  The patch job was phenomenal and there was zero dust in the house after all that sanding.  Zero.  Very impressive.   And talk about punctual, they finished the job more than a week before they had originally said they would!  We could not be more pleased with our new floor!

"Mike and his team did an excellent job with our floors. We came up with an excellent plan that involved a minimal amount of moving for our furniture. Mike was very easy to communicate with and was highly responsive."

"Anh and his crew were great. They started and finished right when they said they would, working over the weekend to do so. They matched the new stain to the old floors perfectly, and everything looks great. The crew was professional and even helped us move some heavy items into the garage while they were there. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
