Terrance had the expertise and background to install a sturdy fence complete with rock jacks and rock cribs for support that should be in good shape for 50+ years. Terrance returned phone calls quickly, came out and did a detailed estimate and started working immediately after getting all the required materials together. He and his crew worked long hours steadily from start to finish and completed the job in less than a week. From start to finish, Terrance was ready to answer any questions I had and if a problem arose during construction due to some aspect of the terrain and a change needed to be made he discussed the solution with me. Terrance was courteous and professional, has the expertise needed and completed the work described in the contract completely and promptly."

As soon as everything was dried out Bronson came in and installed the water heater so I'd have hot water. They built a platform for my washer and dryer, reinstalled my water softener, washer and dryer, laid the flooring in the kitchen and replace all the appliances. They saved me enough money that I was able to have them tear out the living room carpet and have them put the laminate flooring there also. "Our house has a low heating efficiency. I explained the details of the problem and asked for an opinion on solving the problem and an estimate on installing insulation. The service man said that the 4 inches of 'compacted' blown insulation was adequate (R30). This may or may not be correct, but I don't think it is. Assuming that it was correct, there was no effort made to understand and explain any other reasons for the high heating bill. The estimate that was eventually given was reasonable, but I did not feel comfortable with the interaction. <br />"
