"1. punctual on estimate appointment 2. three estimates were solicited all were equivalent service for product two allowed for Owens Corning or GAF and were certified as was On Top 3. The date proposed was mid October but the actual work was much sooner (low slope roof) and completed in several hours The roof has now gone through several seasons without issue. I recommended them to a friend of my wife"

"I am very pleased with the roof replacement. The workers were very thorough, neat, efficient, and professional. During the project they noticed a lot of rotted wood and were able to repair that as well. From the entire process - initial meeting; sales; work performed; and cleanup; I have nothing negative to say. Outstanding work."

"I love my beautiful new roof. Beantown was amazing. Price was reasonable, arrived exactly when they said they would. Old double roof was off and new roof on in 7 hours. The crew was great cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Beantown."

"This started as a relatively small repair, complicated by some water damage over the years. Required replacing two sheets of plywood, ice and water barrier, shingles, removal and reinstall of the vinyl and fascia. Tar Star was upfront with their suspicions and analysed the situation correctly. As it turned out later, they were correct with their predictions. The root cause was improperly installed shingles in one section of the roof, which were cut too short, which caused the water and ice accumulating under, eventually making its way to the board and rotting it out. The job took one day overall, split up in two parts, Sunday and Monday. I provided part of the material (shingles). The actual cost was in the estimated range. Tar Star provided good recommendations, conducted the repair efficiently, without unnecessary work or upsell, focusing on quality, longevity, and cost efficiency. I know I will have to replace the roof at some point, probably when installing solar equipment. This bought me a few more years for my old roof, which is what I wanted. Overall, nice guys. Recommended!"

"Joe responded quickly. He did the necessary repair at reasonable price and explained what went wrong. Another larger roofing company wanted to replace the whole roof. Joe is honest to tell us that the roof is in overall good condition. Only a section needs to be repaired due to the damage from a poor de-ice job years ago."

"The Roofing Company’s owner came to our house on a brutally cold day. He was on the roof and quickly identified the source of a leak affecting our bathroom ceiling. He had the tools and materials he needed along with the ladders and went right to work. He had the job finished in several hours. The results were great. No more leak, a professional inspection, he described the needed repair, and quickly completed the job. We couldn’t have asked for more. Plus he was courteous and polite. Highly recommend The Roofing Company!"

"I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

"Dave and his crew replaced our rubber roof in a couple of days. They worked hard, did a great job, cleaned up well at the end of the job and their price was fair. Highly recommended!"

"Bill was responsive and returned the call, showing up the same day. He cleaned the gutters and made minor roof repairs. He evaluated the condition of my roof and gave an honest opinion."

"This team took the time to really understand leaky roof problem before considering the repairs."
