"Over charged my father for a backwater valve repair gave him an invoice with no specific breakdown on the job that was done. Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. We had to also pay for their the permits they were suppose to already have. And also pay for the rental truck and fuel! Second image is from the basement re flooded again after work was done"

"For our small bathroom renovation, down to the studs, we were amazed by project manager Rubem Smith's ability to maximize space usage to the inch. He transformed our measured drawings into a precise reality: a spacious square shower next to a tall, deep closet built above the wainscot walls using three Ikea door panels, with ample room for a rolling cart, laundry basket, and more in our master bathroom. He oversaw the installation of a large medicine cabinet, positioned just 7/8 of an inch from a tiled wall to accommodate a towel ring and an outlet, while improving ventilation in our second bathroom's washer-dryer area. We're grateful that Rubem's team coordinated with our vanity countertop contractor to ensure perfect alignment of faucets, access panels, and backsplashes.
