"I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. I contacted Ramon and we met within a week. He was kind, friendly, and professional and really heard my concerns. Their prices were competitive comparing to other quotes we solicited but the main differentiators were the customer service level from the sale person to the project manager to the installers which were all exceptional. The installers were proficient, showed great teamwork, completed the roof, a gazebo and a large shed in 2 days. They did a great job in protecting our house from damages while performing the job as they promised and did a great job in cleaning up after each night and at the end of the project. "I was very happy with this company from the delivery of materials to the courteousness of the crew and the workmanship they did. There was one day of rain which delayed the start of the project, and they still finished on time. About three months later I had an issue with some loose siding and the gutters not properly catching water. "We are extremely happy with our vinyl siding project with Universal Windows Direct. We read many positive reviews that were influential in our choice, and they did not disappoint. We were immediately comfortable that the job would be in good hands, and that he would stand behind the products and the work. We were having some trouble finalizing what color to go with, and Heather the office manager provided helpful assistance in the form of pictures, addresses we could drive by, and even had samples sent over so we could see them on our house. The installation crew impressed us – they worked some long days in high heat, were very polite and respectful of our house, and were surprisingly quiet. They took care of all the minor rot that was discovered in removing the old siding and boards, and for an area with extensive rotting quickly provided an estimate for additional required repair and executed it in one day. One thing that sets folks apart is how they handle issues. We needed to change to different size shutters after the initial order, and also with the new siding there were some unanticipated dimension changes due to how the house was constructed and the new layer of insulation below the siding; Universal helped us work through options and accommodated the changes we settled on seamlessly. We also discovered a few issues after the installation was complete, and everything was corrected without any dispute and to our full satisfaction.
