This spring they are scheduled to re-plaster the pool for the second time in 25 years. They also assist with deck renovation by applying the mastic between the coping and surrounding pool deck. We are always pleased with results of their work. They provide the cost of the work upfront and always stick to the agreed price. Scheduling is tricky as it depends on the weather but once they begin the work, they stick with it until it is done without much downtime for use of the pool."

"No sooner were the pool contractors done when the Blue Ridge Fencing crew showed up to start the pool fencing. They did the job quickly and beautifully! We actually put the pool in the pasture adjacent to our yard. So after fencing the pool they then replaced 300 feet of the horse fence so that the pool became part of the yard. They showed up early every day and finished the job in less than a week. After completion, I needed to modify a gate to prevent a dog escape from the new yard. They returned quickly and resolved the problem for me I have learned that often the low bidder is not very detailed in the proposal. When I confronted the other bidder with some questions it was clear he was not going to get my job done according to my needs either in terms of time or quality. Essentially, we supervised the crew.  There was very little supervision by the company's management.  The work crew was great. They worked hard in some of the hotest heat of the year.  They listened to us and took care of the layout dveiations immediately."

"We have used this contractor several times in the past and his service has recently been declining. This last time we were really disappointed. He quoted a price for the above work and completed about 75% of it. We paid him in full and then he did not come back. When we asked him when he was planning on finishing the work he was unresponsive. When we finally got in touch with him he said he was booked up for the next week and wouldn't be able to finish the work.  (He left a room unpainted, caulking incomplete, paint tape and tools out, and didn't power wash a door. We also had paint splatters from some painting that he did complete on a darker colored wall.) As I said before, he was usually very professional so this time we were disappointed. <br />"
