"The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."

Kedrick, did everything he promised by rebuilding our shower step and now it's perfect and no more leakage. We also had our floors cleaned and they look as good as when we had them installed. His pricing was extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend him. If you need any tile or grout done I wouldn't call another company other then Bristol Tile & Grout Restoration.
