"I live on a large corner lot and had never had the drain line serviced before and did not know where the plumbing dig out was or even where the line was located.  So technician had to spend lots of time and effort locating the drain line outside.  It took him almost an hour just to locate the drain line thru no fault of his own.  I will certainly remember where it is now and will mark the location.  He was very innovative in finding the line outside.  After that, work proceeded quickly and the blockage was located and corrected.  He then replaced the leaky valve and the wax seal on the downstairs toilet, replaced the toilet and cleaned up after himself.  He was very efficient and professional and had a very pleasant demeanor. It was an overall very good experience and i would call them again.  FYI, from time of arrival to work completion was a little over 3 hours, but no time was wasted.  He was alone and did the job as efficiently and quickly as was possible."

"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."

"I called two different companies to come out and look at my problem at first. The first company never showed up in the second company didn't really seem to know how to resolve my problem and seemed unprofessional. I called Able Plumbing and drains and spoke with Douglas and he scheduled my free estimate. The plumber came to my home and found that the rust coming from my faucets is due to old metal water lines and needed to be replaced. The drain problems I was having where because of the trees in my front yard that had lifted my sewer line so it was not able to drain properly. They gave me a quote of $12,678.46 to remove and replace my water lines with flexible lines and reroute my main sewer line so the trees could no longer effect the draining. I agreed to the price signed the ticket and paid my deposit. The next day the plumber brought a helper to start digging my sewer line while he ran in Grabbed materials. He showed back up about an hour later with all the materials needed for my job and they continue to work for the rest of the day. The whole job took about 4 days and I was very impressed with their professionalism and all-around workmanship on my project. I would recommend Able Plumbing and drains to family and friends as well as hire them again myself. They made it very easy from the first phone call to the completion of my project..."
