"I contacted Top Line Construction to get a quote to replace all siding on the outside of my house. Eric returned my call right away and scheduled an appointment to come out in a day or two. He provided the quote within 24 hours. I did contact 3 or 4 other companies to come out and quote my siding project and took my time making my decision who to go with. When I asked for pictures of recent work he sent me pics along with references with contact info right away. After several of going over all quotes from all the contractors, I decided to go with Eric & Top Line and very glad I did. Once we got scheduling conflicts settled, they began the work of removing all cedar siding from my entire house. I opted to replace all my insulation as my house is 45 years old and thought this was best decision. Eric accommodated this request and we worked out an agreement that we were both happy with. The work performed was high quality and fit my small budget and I would definitely hire Top Line again and likely will soon as I do have more work to be done. I also recommend him to my nextdoor neighbor, and he and his guys came out and did work for them as well, they too are very pleased with the work that was done. As with most construction projects there were a few hiccups along the way, and that was the case here. However, Eric addressed these issues when I brought them to his attention in a professional manor, not argumentative like I have experienced in the past with other contractors and did his best to address all issues to my satisfaction and they were. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend using Top Line Construction."

"They were very fast and professional. They were done in 2 hours and everything neat and in good quality so I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a deck repair or any other wood repairs"

"I am writing to share my positive experience with Armando and his crew. They did an excellent job replacing rotten wood with Hardie planks and provided helpful recommendations to correct repairs left by a previous contractor's poor workmanship. I would highly recommend their professionalism for any roof or siding repairs. They are truly a five-star company."

"A&H Construction is awesome they repair the wood on my garage house, replaced the siding, soffits , gutters, window repair, and paint I would recommend them anytime."

"Andy delivered in his promises and repaired my deck so that not only does it look great, it doesn’t leak anymore which was my biggest problem. Andy is hands on and communicates well"

"They replaced a metal roof on my house, as well as on my well house. I would absolutely recommend them based on the work. They're top notch, overall 5 star experience. I got different quotes, and I'm happy with my decision to hire Mizell Brothers Construction, LLC. They cleaned up well, and went above and beyond without being asked."

"Great job on siding repair, Hardy plank, and some brick work"

"A free estimate by the owner was given to repair wood rot, seal and paint siding and install a new back door. The team was professional and I'm very pleased with the quality of the work."

"Approximately 7-9 months ago we got an estimate so we knew how much money we needed for the siding to be installed. We got the money and I couldn't remember who gave us the quote, but when I called Mr. S Roofing and Siding, He remembered us and honored the quote from before. How cool is that in this day and age. I was about to go with him when another contractor offered to do it for less. So unfortunately I did not go with him on this, but I will use him on my next project. Joey Simpson has honor and integrity. I feel terrible that I chose someone else just for money, so i wanted to leave this review to help them. Thanks Joey And Connie!"

"I needed the siding on my house replaced within a reasonable period of time. After several bids I selected Mr. S based on price and schedule. There was a crew out as promised and they finished a 2-3 day job in one day including cleanup. The entire experience was the best, beginning with the bidding process right to the end. The office staff responded promptly and answered all my questions and I am very happy with the quality of work. I had an excellent experience."
