He fixed the immediate issue and then proceeded to do some of the other projects. I was surprised as I was not expecting this. If I had known, I would have done the shopping myself for item he went out to Home Depot to buy. Was not thrilled that I had to pay for his time while shopping on a crowded Saturday afternoon. That project was not urgent so it could have waited. He did however, fix my 2 urgent issues, so I was happy with the work."
