Office lady is very abrupt and makes you feel like you are bothering her. One of my termite bait cartridges was pulled out of ground and left laying there. Not sure why but I was told she would remind the tech of it when he comes back in a week. They are not very good at working with your schedule. You have to be there when they are available to come to your area."
