"Jeremy and his crew did an excellent job replacing our 20 year-old concrete driveway. They were very professional, arrived when promised and worked in a coordinated manner which highlighted their expertise. On the first day (of a two day project) they removed big chunks of the old driveway using a Caterpillar and took their time around the house front door/detail areas with jackhammers and chisels. The forms and wire mesh were set by the afternoon and they left the job site very clean, taking all old concrete and scrap with them in several dump trucks. The second day they poured the driveway and finished the concrete with a very nice brush finish, just like I requested. They left caution tape around the driveway to ensure neighbors wouldn't walk on the surface and told me when we could drive our car back into the garage. JK Construction delivered exactly what they promised - to make our driveway look great again while taking the extra steps to ensure the driveway will last for years to come. I would highly recommend them!"

"The job was completed. The rebar was not placed in the footing. A rebar pole was placed in the cement blocks that were already stacked every 3 feet after the footing/base had already dried. Concrete was also mixed and placed where those poles were placed. I requested the stucco to be tinted instead of painted. The stucco was rushed painted and needed a 3rd coat. He left the paint instead. I have requested a receipt of payment 9 times now and still have not received one."

"Great. Men were on time. They called 30 minutes before arrival. The men worked efficiently and neatly. It took about an hour with set up and the actual application. The effects were felt immediately. The a/c started cycling on & off instead of running continuously. It was over 90 degrees outside. I am very pleased. My house is 1900 sq feet & the attic covers that whole space."
