From the initial on-site visit by the proprietor, through the meticulous, detailed, clean work of Ishmael and the crew. All conducted in a focused yet easy-going atmosphere pleasant demeanor. As in many projects unforeseen challenges arose. Ishmael explained patiently the options, experimented with possible solutions and ended up delivering a beautiful home. After the project was done, there was a slight question of aesthetics and whether we made the right choice. He dissuaded us from our initial plan to install a wooden floor medallion because it would not likely be flush with the floor unless we refinished the entire room.
