He also buffed the first floor and applied a fresh polyurethane coating. The floors were in bad shape and one contractor had advised us to fully replace the flooring instead of refinishing. In a mere 2 days this team left the floors looking amazingly gorgeous, and the stain matches the rest of the flooring throughout the house. I appreciated this company's responsiveness, accuracy, efficiency, and expert work on our house. They moved and replaced everything and left it in perfect condition. As in many projects unforeseen challenges arose. Ishmael explained patiently the options, experimented with possible solutions and ended up delivering a beautiful home. After the project was done, there was a slight question of aesthetics and whether we made the right choice.
