The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. "Lowe's used a contractor, Rick Coley from and quot;DYESSand quot;. Rick and his crew came out to evaluate the job, they found out there was only a 12and quot; crawl space under the house. Once the work started, of the three guys that showed up, only one was small enough to fit under the house and he had to use a shovel to dig out certain areas. The poor guy was under the house all day, but they got the job done and it looks and works great. My upstairs A/C unit wasn't cooling, so while Rick was here, he took a look at it. Rick found that a relay was full of ants and had shorted out. We'll Rick left to get a new relay, returned and replaced the relay. The A/C works great and Rick didn't charge me for the extra work. He also went in the attic and rearranged the ducting to get better air flow. <br />"
