I've learned overtime to be wary of contractors, they don't always deliver, but this company does. I received a few quotes from companies before deciding on a contractor. The tipping point for me was meeting with A.J. (RPI Sales Consultant). He was highly energetic and exceptionally knowledgeable. He explained the do's and don'ts of roof repair, the experience and dedication of RPI and its staff. After our consult, I felt this was the company for me. The end result: They DELIVERED. The craftsmanship was was exceptional, John and his crew were on time each day of the project and worked the task to completion. Once compete, they cleaned up the work site well into the dark. John, stopped by the next day to conduct the follow up with me to ensure the job was done to my standard. I am very please with this company and its team of professionals. "They are actually a national firm.  I spent between $8000 and $10000.  They did the complete tear down and reshingle in one day.  They had 10 guys working here.  They worked hard.  They did it quickly.  There wasn't any inconvenience at all.  They got up there and did the work.  I don't know anybody else who does it in one day with the size of the roof that we have.  We've got a 4000 sqft house.  I was happy."

Not long after, I was contacted by Bobby Davis (I think I got his first name correct but definitely Davis) who stated that he sub-contracted work from American Roofing during busy times. I set an appointment with Mr. Davis for the next day. He showed up early, inspected the roof and gave me a price. We agreed and he returned the next day (early again) and made the repair. Mr. Davis took before and after pictures (cell phone) of the repairs and guaranteed his work.  Very satisfied</p> <br />"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
