"John Morris came out the same day I called and was very professional in the quoting and job completion. His work is excellent and he was so nice. He and his helper had to remove incorrectly installed backsplash tiles by another contractor and replace with new ones in a master (large) bath and guest bath. He even picked up the tile for me and brought it to the job. I would highly recommend his work. We have actually asked for quotes on a deck roof and other smaller jobs. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We were so impressed with their service beginning with the estimate, which was way below two other estimates that did not include prevention measures such as the gutter system they installed above the door where the water was coming in. They identified the problem immediately and recommended a couple of options and actually suggested the cheaper option would be just as effective as the more expensive.
