"John Gilbert, the owner of this particular company, is personable, listens to your concerns, attempts to remedy your floor issues without costing you unnecessary repairs. He even came back a second time because he was concerned regarding some movement in the floor and wanted to make sure that when installed, the same problem would not reoccur. He even reached out to others in his organization. He is on time, responsible, caring, and overall a very nice person to work with. He is a rare person in today's world. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who is looking to either repair or replace a wood floor. Anne Wold, Deerfield, Illinois"

"Did a great job repairing and installing new flooring . Completed work in a timely manner."

"John Morris came out the same day I called and was very professional in the quoting and job completion. His work is excellent and he was so nice. He and his helper had to remove incorrectly installed backsplash tiles by another contractor and replace with new ones in a master (large) bath and guest bath. He even picked up the tile for me and brought it to the job. I would highly recommend his work. We have actually asked for quotes on a deck roof and other smaller jobs. I will definitely keep him on speed dial!!"

"Work performed to replace garage ceiling was stellar and beyond my expectations. They professionalism and attention to detail was second to none and quite refreshing to experience."

"MCM came in when a previous installer was not able to start the work in the promised time. The project took longer than expected, but not entirely their fault. The old wood in one room was installed with the wrong adhesive and was a mess to remove. The finished work is outstanding. And they went "above and beyond the call of duty" in offering to clean my roof and fix wood rot caused by water seepage at no extra cost. They are at the top of my list for the next home repair job. (Wish I could add a picture of my new floors!)"

"The work perform was excellent. Mr. Jamerson and his team came in one day and put my new floor in one day. He and his team was on time and courteous and professional. I definitely will be requesting additional work from his company and will definitely will recommended to everybody.
