"Very positive experience. Manny came out and evaluated the problem (roof leak at a bay window) and explained it to us. He described in detail what he would do and how it would address the problem. He provided a quote, and then came and did the work a few days later. Then he showed us what he had done. He went beyond the original description and replaced and painted some broken shingles at the roof line. His assistant walked around the yard, picking up tiny pieces of debris and leaving our yard immaculate."

He said his visit to see the site and the pictures to back it up was enough to commit to the price, but once doing the job they were short and needed more material. So, they added to our invoice. Not shady, but we were considering a more expensive treatment and this additional cost brought us closer to the higher option were about to choose. I wonder if it ended up being the better choice or not."
