He was very friendly and he came out and gave an estimate the day after calling him. The crew that came to the house were awesome also. This was a complex restoration, and R&R had to coordinate with the cabinet makers, countertop installers, and other subs during the almost 4-month job. "I talked with Greg Garrison, one of the owners, over the phone about the type of tile I liked, and he brought out a few boards (since I do not live close to Avon). I absolutely loved one of the tile selections for the floor! He had really tracked exactly what I was looking for. I bought the shower tile from another vendor because I had already chosen these. Greg promptly gave me a quote for the floor tile, and for the installation of the floor and shower tile. I made the downpayment. His company began the work on the exact date they said they would. He came out periodically to check on the work, and talk with me to see how things were going. He gave me pointers on grout selection and sealers. The installer was a true artisan. My shower and floor are gorgeous! Greg is a very nice person, is primarily concerned with the customer being satisfied, sells quality products, and hires professional installers. There were many times I was not at home when they were working, and I felt comfortable. This is not normal for me. Ours was not an easy installation. As often happens, there were some unforeseen contingencies. Nevertheless, he stuck with his original estimate, was courteous, and apologetic for any delays or inconveniences, even if they were not his fault. I give this company my highest recommendation."
