"Rick did a great job! He replaced our door and also put on a storm door. Everything was done perfectly and with care. Definitely recommend!"

"He also repaired garage steps and installed new door in a bedroom. Excellent work, very thorough and reasonable rates."

"Petar is the best! He did an awesome job repairing and painting our interior house walls. He has such an eye for noticing popped nails, cracks and uneven plastering that needed correction before he began to paint. I can’t begin to tell you how impressed we were with his promptness, neatness, and business sense. He painted and repaired our home as if it were his own. Petar painted our kitchen area, living room, hallway, stairway, and upstairs hall. Every morning he covered the floors with tarps and removed the tarps before he left. He plastered our misshaped walls until they were perfectly flat and smooth. After sanding walls, he vacuumed the floors, dusted window sills, and cleaned the windows /screens. Petar is the neatest and cleanest painter I ever encountered, there was never a mess. The double coats he painted were flawless. We could tell he took pride in each area he worked. I would hire Petar again and recommend him to anyone who wants a truly professional paint/plastering job done in their home."

"Very happy with all of my new siding, trim and roof. He was very patient with me about all of the changes and colors and he added extra touches. Motion sensor light, lighted door bell, gutter leaf guard and the roof was done at a very good price."

"Tom is more than a carpenter, more than just a handy man, a plumber, an electrician. He is a skilled craftsman, talented, reliable and generous with good advice. Over the past two years Tom has demonstrated his talents by helping improve my beautiful but somewhat outdated home. He has done everything from designing and building a new dressing room closet, to repairing and replacing light fixtures, and he is currently laying a new bathroom floor. He has even put my gas grill together! Lucky I was the day he responded to my Home Advisor call."

Hello, I've noticed how difficult and frustrating it can be to hire someone to do a project, only to have them not follow it through to completion, or to just not show up at all, or to pass the blame of their mistakes to someone else. I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. Whether you need something as small as a picture hung to something more complex, like a custom, site-built shed, I'll show up, competently complete the project, and communicate along the way. \n\nSome of the things I have experience in include: wasp removal, custom shed & chicken coops, curtain rod hanging, deck/porch repair, gutter cleaning, siding repair, drywall repair, assembly, fench repair, dryer vent cleaning

I am someone who is trying to start a business. I’ve been in and around the construction industry for 20+ years, mainly doing commercial residential construction. I want to build something of my own where I feel my work can be noticed. I travel anywhere within the greater Rochester region. I look forward to meeting with you. Thank you
