"I hired Artistic Landscape Design to do a big project at our house because I had used Marc Garhart and his company in the past for some smaller jobs and I was pleased with his work. He initially said the work could be done in three weeks which at the time I thought was overly optimistic. That feeling turned out to be correct--the work has taken ten months to complete. Some of it was due to circumstances beyond Marc's control but most of it was the result of his being overscheduled during last fall and problems with his employees.
