Jeremy was punctual and respectful when visiting the property. He was able to quickly assess the current state of the attic and crawlspace and provide a fair estimate. He was also very knowledgable in advising me on additional steps that I could take to further protect my property. Jeremey also did a great job deciding on the type of insulation and vapor barrier that will be installed that would result in long term success in taking care of my property. Jeremy continued to be very responsive in answering my questions throughout the rest of the process. Omar was the foreman on site, he and the rest of his team were also incredibly respectful and worked diligently over the course of 4 days to finish up the project. Omar did a great job communicating work that had been completed each day as well as any observations he made in the attic and crawlspace. He and his team did a great job protecting the property while they completing their work. If I have any attic or crawlspace needs again I will absolutely reach out to Attic Pros and ask specifically for Jeremy, Omar, and his team. "We had a rodent infestation in our crawl space and insulation that had been installed upside down, a condition that can cause mold. I chose Atticare because they cleaned up the old insulation and rodent droppings, sealed entry points, sprayed to prevent mold, bacteria and viruses, installed insulation, and were clean. They cost more than other local insulation companies but I didn't have to hire a separate exterminator or worry about mold from the old insulation that was installed wrong. They arrived on time, answered questions and were very easy to work with. I would recommend them."
