Main Line Kitchen Design is a unique business model that specializes in complete kitchen renovations only. We are experts at pricing out your kitchen project simply by asking you questions during a detailed phone call. We are 5 skilled Kitchen Designers with many years of experience planning kitchens around the Delaware Valley. And we are cabinet dealers for 8 nationally distributed cabinet lines much like traditional showrooms. Unlike full showrooms open to the general public, Main Line Kitchen Design works only by appointment. Appointments can be scheduled days, nights, and weekends either in your home or in our office and selection center. During office appointments we display clients kitchens on a flat screen TV and help them look through 100’s of sample door styles, almost a thousand sample finish blocks and sample kitchen cabinets. During home visits we can bring samples, take measurements, and make design changes on laptops showing you what your kitchen can look like in the very room being renovated. "Had a technician come out to scope our drain line. He forgot the camera, so they had to return. The check was not cashed, so I feared this with all the fraud in the world this man had my check and could compromise the safety of it. Called 3X no return call Told me to call accounting and no one answered and the voicemail was not set up ??? Customer service is very, very bad. I would NEVER do business with them again!!!!"

"I had a service appointment on Feb. 28, 2019, for two problems: limited hot water in one shower and cloudy water coming from the kitchen faucet most of the time (also impacting the dishwasher--ie, I can't use the faucet or dishwasher for safe and sanitary cooking or cleaning). The technician fixed the shower, but said he could not identify the problem with the water (which was not cloudy at the time of the appointment) without first taking a water sample and having it run. He opined that it was a water quality issue and needed to be filtered--confirming that it is not safe to use the kitchen faucet or dishwasher (same pipe) until it was fixed. It is April 15 and I have been unable to get an answer from anyone or have anyone come back out to fix the problem. I have emailed and called, and nothing. No explanation of the test results, no follow-up. Highly disappointed. Now I will have to start over with a new company, two months later, so that I can soon start using the water in my kitchen for cooking and cleaning. For someone who cooks often, this has been a nightmare, and it is ruining everything that goes through the dishwasher with the film and residue left behind. I do not recommend this company. Regarding the shower, he was called for an evaluation and estimate, and began fixing the issue without authorization. The cost seemed very high for the repair work, and my landlord wanted to get a few estimates before proceedings with repairs. The technician didn't provide that option. I was ultimately happy to have the shower fixed, but overall not good service."
