"I hired Geno's company to do a full residing and gutter replacement. Geno was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns in a patient and professional manner. His crew was punctual, very respectful and performed a fantastic job. They had a bit of bad weather with the heat wave at the beginning of the job and horrible rains at the end of the job which, I'm sure, made it very challenging for them; however, regardless, they performed a fantastic job and I absolutely LOVE my new siding and gutters. All of the debris from each day was cleaned up before they left every evening which was fantastic. Geno was so wonderful to work with, I have referred him to others and am currently trying to figure out how I can hire him again to replace my roof! I would totally recommend him and his company to anyone needing siding, gutters and/or roofing. "These Guys are AMAZING. I got an estimate from United Pro for a total siding replacement. I got three estimates and United Pro was the best out of the estimates. Benny the Technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that needs to be done, from the insulation to the type of nails that they will use to install the siding. He showed me a bunch of colors and thankfully they had the exact color that i was looking for. The Order for the siding took about a week to come in. Once the siding came, It took them 3 days to complete all the siding. the made my property how it was before they even started the project from the way that they cleaned up. The Dumpster was taken away the next day and that was that. Such a stress free expirance and was a pleasure to have them as my contractors. "The contractors did many things well, but the end of the job was a bit disappointing when they did not follow through on some of their promises.  They gave a detailed estimate, reviewed a variety of solutions to problems, and offered a good price, similar to one other other contractor (a third contractor wanted more than twice as much money). The resulting job looks good, and I have received complements from the neighbors. The inital portions of the job went so well that I was disappointed when problems developed at the end of the jobs.  The project manager promised my garden would be protected, but he was seldom present and crew threw old siding into the garden until I insisted they stop and I called the project manager.    The contract stated they were not to be paid their final payment until until the job was fully complete, yet they asked for the money even though they agreed some trim needed to be replaced as it was installed poorly.  They gave their "110% guarantee" that they would fix the trim if I paid in full. I foolishly believed to their sad story of how they needed the payment and their guarantee.  After paying, it took many weeks of calls,  before they replaced the trim, with the replacement trim lying in my front yard the whole time.  However, once I had reached the owner of the firm who had been away, they fixed the trim in a few days.  Their clean up work after the job was less than expected, including leaving a 10 foot long board in the yard.   So much of the work rated an A, but because of these issues I feel that I can only give them a B overall."

"Crews all the way from sales team, to installers and inspection, truly outstanding customer service and inclusion in the whole project. Efficient, clean, professional! Impressed enough with the work and ease of experience getting the siding and windows replaced, that I'm having them replace my roof also!"

"Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. "These guys have best rating for a reason. Hiring contractor is always a headache and I always nervous about it, but Jim Rhubart Roofing (namely Munz Roofing) did such a great job repairing my wooden siding! And best part whole process completely stress free. They didn't charge a penny in advance, they called scheduled appointment and told me I didn't even have to be home for the whole project. This was great because I was away for weekend. They brought materials, then came to install them next day. When I got back everything was done and better than new. Then they sent me bill next day and i was happy to pay it. It was extremely fair price too (I got several contracts who wanted 3x more for the same job). I'll be be using them in the future for sure!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We've used WG in the past and had great experiences, and this time was no different. Greg got back to me the same day and set up a time that week to come out for an estimate. He went over all of the available options, what would work best, what wouldn't, etc. The end price was more than reasonable and worth every penny. The crew that came to replace our roof were on time (early, actually) and got right to work. They were extraordinarily polite and courteous. They took the time to make sure all of the bushes and flowers were protected before even going up to work. They cleaned up as they went, too, and the yard and driveway were totally free of any debris and nails when they were finished. The end result looks great and we know it will last."

"I recently hired WG Siding and Roofing for a major external repair of my house. There was a roof leak in my house over years, which I did not know and caused some very bad structural damage underneath the siding. I interviewed several companies for this repair. When Lukase Wieczerzak of WG siding stopped by my house to give a free estimate, I immediately decided that he was the right one to hire. He closely looked into the situation, pointed out the exact problems, walked me through the repair needed in great detail, and even thought and talked to me about whom in his crew might be most suitable for this job from quality and money saving standpoint as the repair would involve roofing, siding, and framing. Ultimately he sent two people specialized in siding as my house has aluminum siding which is tricky to open and close. The crew did a fantastic job. I watched them working from time to time, and clearly they really knew what they were doing. They worked very efficiently, and yet carefully, and paid great attention to the details â  truly high quality of work in the whole repairing process: opening the siding, taking off the gutter, replacing all the rotten wood, covering with water proofing sheet, closing the siding, putting back the gutter, installing a kick-out flashing , etc. They used high quality of material from insulating material to Solar 900 sealant (as I believe). Their work was also very clear and neat. Lukase and his people were very friendly as well. The price was also very reasonable and very competitive.
