"I called United Pro last year to do a repair for a leak that I got in the beginning of the pandemic. Benny came out when it was raining because water was coming in the house. He laid a tarp and stopped the leak immediately. He quoted me a price for that piece of roof but explained that I will have to replace the entire roof of the house because it was not done correctly and I was going to get another leak on the other side of the house. Just as he said 1 year later I got a leak on the other side of the house. I called them immediately because he was honest and up front with price and what it was going to cost. They were able to tear off and remove the entire roof of the house, treat the mold, install all new insulation, install all new wood, tile the entire roof, install brand new gutters in 1 day and 1/2 That?s right, 1 day 1/2 The crew worked their butts off in very hot temps, they were professional, courteous and very productive. He then came later and washed my porch picked up all debris that was left and the dumpster was picked up 10 min later. My Roof looks amazing and the house looks like nothing ever happened."

When it came time to install the roof,siding, and gutters the crews did a most excellent job from start to finish and the clean up was unbelievable. Not a nail, not a piece of anything left behind. Each crew specialized in what they were there to install. Taylor would call me and visit every so often to check in and update me on progress with all of my projects. "The contractors did many things well, but the end of the job was a bit disappointing when they did not follow through on some of their promises.  They gave a detailed estimate, reviewed a variety of solutions to problems, and offered a good price, similar to one other other contractor (a third contractor wanted more than twice as much money). The resulting job looks good, and I have received complements from the neighbors. The inital portions of the job went so well that I was disappointed when problems developed at the end of the jobs.  The project manager promised my garden would be protected, but he was seldom present and crew threw old siding into the garden until I insisted they stop and I called the project manager.    The contract stated they were not to be paid their final payment until until the job was fully complete, yet they asked for the money even though they agreed some trim needed to be replaced as it was installed poorly.  They gave their "110% guarantee" that they would fix the trim if I paid in full. I foolishly believed to their sad story of how they needed the payment and their guarantee.  After paying, it took many weeks of calls,  before they replaced the trim, with the replacement trim lying in my front yard the whole time.  However, once I had reached the owner of the firm who had been away, they fixed the trim in a few days.  Their clean up work after the job was less than expected, including leaving a 10 foot long board in the yard.   So much of the work rated an A, but because of these issues I feel that I can only give them a B overall."

"From the very beginning with the salesman who knocked on our door to the salesman who came to our home, to the finished job, everything has been outstanding. Both salesman were very courteous and in no way pushy. They were both obviously very confident in their product, but there was no pressure. When we were finalizing the sales agreement the representative informed us of a substantial discount for signing at the time. This was in my opinion no way a pressure technique as you would expect. He offered it once only in a very low key way explaining that it saved the company money if he did not have to come back later which would prevent him from new sales calls, so that savings was offered to us. He urged us to think it over and to not do it unless we were completely comfortable, in fact suggesting that we shop around. He then dropped it and didn't mention it again. The entire interaction was very good with no pressure or shadiness. We had siding, gutters, and a new entrance door installed. The crews (a different crew for each job, and obviously very skilled at it), were all very nice and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up thoroughly every day and listened to questions and acted on them without question or hesitation. Every crew was great and got the jobs completed quickly. There was no down time during the installations or between jobs. Everything was done in just over a week. The quality of the work and the materials is very high. Power is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. When considering the quality of the materials and workmanship, the timeline of installation, and the unbeatable warranty, I think that they are a good value. We are very pleased with the project and have had no issues are problems at all. We highly recommend Power Home Remodeling."

"Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We've used WG in the past and had great experiences, and this time was no different. Greg got back to me the same day and set up a time that week to come out for an estimate. He went over all of the available options, what would work best, what wouldn't, etc. The end price was more than reasonable and worth every penny. The crew that came to replace our roof were on time (early, actually) and got right to work. They were extraordinarily polite and courteous. They took the time to make sure all of the bushes and flowers were protected before even going up to work. They cleaned up as they went, too, and the yard and driveway were totally free of any debris and nails when they were finished. The end result looks great and we know it will last."
