"Originally hired Nick and the Creative Pavers team several years ago to design and install a complete backyard hardscape/landscape package including a paver patio, walkway, steps, lighting, wood deck, and fire pit.  At the time they were not active on Angie's List, so consider this a review of my entire relationship with them now and going back 5 years or so.  I can't begin to say enough about how great they have been.  Their original design and installation was exceptional, and they're follow-up and diligence to meeting they're original schedule commitment was great.  I was so pleased, I bought them back again several months later for another smaller job building a retaining wall and planter in my front yard.

Since those originals installs I have called them back twice for some minor maintenance and settling repairs.  Should point out the repairs were not needed due to poor quality of work, and were nothing more than the typical wear and tear/weather/settling issues you'd expect after 5 years.  Nick and Jack have consistently provided the same level of outstanding service and follow-up throughout our entire relationship.  Relationship is the operative word here, they are most definitely not your typical "here today, gone tomorrow" contractor.  They truly care about their customers and reputations and it shows in every interaction.  I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hardscape/landscape project.

"The house was recently purchased. It's over 150 years old and had been neglected for quite a long time. The building inspector listed pointing as the most urgent exterior repair. The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. Quinn Brothers was selected because Patrick Quinn spent the most time familiarizing himself with the project and making suggestions about options. The quality of work Quinn Brothers did is top-notch. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. Communications were excellent throughout the project, with prompt notices from Patrick about how the job was progressing and prompt responses to my texts. More masonry work is needed at the house and Quinn Brothers will be doing that work, too."

"I decided to go with Caruso because they could do a couple of smaller jobs at one time, which was convenient. The driveway job was more complicated than expected due to heavy clay that needed to be cleared for the driveway extension. They brought in a larger excavator and were able to get through the job. They worked through the weekend to get the job done, and I am happy with the results. I would hire again."

"They normally perform routine maintenance on my lawn. If it has been too hot, they will check in with me to see if I want them to come out. They keep to their two week schedule of maintaining my lawn, they have NEVER let my grass grow too long. If I have a special occasion that requires immediate attention, they are more than willing to come out within the time frame that I give them. Their hardscaping work has held up over the years and I have never been disappointed in the quality of their work. They take a great deal of pride to make sure their customer is completely satisfied. This includes a follow up call or return visit to make sure that everything is up to my satisfaction. The owners themselves will come out during the service to make sure that everything is in order.
