Calling or texting the customer 30 minutes before arrive and letting the customer know when leaving the job always clean up and dispose of all debris. Customers always telling me about my many talents and skills for making the small jobs easier. The big jobs you take the time with the customer being patient showing them the progress each day. "Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
