"Richard went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While Richard was installing my new roof he noticed damage to the roof that had been there prior and helped me to resolve that issue. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get a new roof."

"It all started with a very polite and pleasant conversation to schedule an appointment. They were very accommodating as far as scheduling. They called the day before the appointment as a reminder and verification. They arrived on time for the appointment and was very professional. He wore booties covering his boots when entering the house and was cautious about keeping everything clean. The issue was assessed very quickly and I was given a very fair price. He was able to repair the roof on the spot in less than an hour. I recommend their service to anyone looking for anything involving roofing."

"The roofing job was excellent and only took one day. Things got a little slower installing the windows and siding. Overall, he was a very nice guy and looked into everything I mentioned. He gets back to you promptly as well"

"The initial call to the company was facilitated by Shirley, who was very nice, professional and helped to schedule a date and time we could be home for Carlos, who provided the evaluation of our existing roof, gutter and skylight. He provided paperwork, the estimate and honored our desire to read the contract and discuss our options after he left.  He did not hassle or push for us to accept and sign the contract. Carlos was professional, prompt and thorough. During the evaluation he was sure to make the measurements to the roof and skylight so the estimate would be as accurate as could be.  Carlos answered all questions our discussions, and during the phone calls to confirm the roof and gutter replacement.  On the day of the service, for some reason the battery lost its charge, and I was not able to move the car.  The crew led by Sandy was kind, considerate and covered the car with their tarp. They told me that "it's okay", (after I apologized over and over). Although not directly in their way, they still had to make sure none of the shingles, supplies or the Equipter hit the car. All members of the crew tolerated my questions periodically throughout the day, and were very polite while providing a brief explanation of what they were doing. All members of the crew knew their assignment, and worked throughout the entire day, with the exception of their lunch break. Carlos came to the house, went on the roof, and checked on the progress. The roof looks great, the gutters/downspout are great and the skylight replacement provides us with the new and fresh view.  The shed roof has new and fresh look, with the old tattered shingles and damaged deck boards replacement. Carlos said he was present when the old gutters were removed so he could confirm if the soffit boards would require replacement. I told him beforehand to replace the wood if it was bad or rotted.  Following the completion of the entire project, Carlos came to the house to be able to see the gutter that I inquired about during a follow up phone call. When I returned home from work that day, the tiny adjustment was made to our satisfaction.  Financing was also made available to us if we needed it.

"I had water leak in the attic around vent pipes. I sent out quote requests to replace flashing/boots around all pipes. Victor called back next day and came over following day. He immediately went on roof, took pictures and showed me and gave a reasonable estimate. After agreeing, he immediately did the job. I was so impressed with his professionalism that next week I asked him to check water leak at one of the windows. He took out few sidings and put flashing to avoid water getting behind siding from roof. I have not noticed any leaks since completion of these jobs. He is very knowledgeable and I will definitely recommend him."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service provided by J. Cwanger. From the very first call regarding a roof leak, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Their initial inspection and diagnosis were thorough, and they provided clear explanations of the necessary repairs. Throughout the process, communication was seamless, even with the added complexity of coordinating with my loan approval. I truly appreciated their patient and understanding approach, as they never pressured me for a sale and consistently kept me informed about scheduling. Once my loan was approved, J. Cwanger's team was on-site within days. The roof replacement was completed in a single day, a testament to their efficiency and skill. During the work, they identified and addressed unforeseen issues with the underlying plywood, demonstrating their commitment to thoroughness and quality. What truly impressed me was their follow-up after a significant rainstorm. The team proactively came to inspect the roof the next morning, ensuring everything was functioning as expected. This level of dedication and customer care is rare and greatly appreciated. J. Cwanger came highly recommended, and I now understand why. Their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any roofing needs."
