The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. Quinn Brothers was selected because Patrick Quinn spent the most time familiarizing himself with the project and making suggestions about options. The quality of work Quinn Brothers did is top-notch. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. "Work was fantastic. Response time was immediate. They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting. Could not be happier with the entire experience."

"Joe and his team did a great job! They explained everything thoroughly and was patient with all of the questions that we had. They handled everything with the permit and the inspector and included the fee in our bill. They removed removed the damaged sidewalk blocks and apron and prepped everything for the inspector in less than a day. Day two was concrete pouring and driveway replacement. Everything looks great and I expect it all to last for years! I highly recommend them!"
