"antastic job, hired these guy to clean and tune two gas fireplaces. Justin, our tech, was there 40 minutes early (when does that happen) he got the one fireplace that was DOA back in service both of them, in a fast, friendly, and professional manner. He found a gas leak in one and fixed that too. He suggested that we could save money on heating if we added blowers to both units, then the heat would circulate the room rather than go up the chimney Sounded good to me, so I had him install them in both fireplaces, looking forward to the room being warmer from now on, and it should save on my heating bills. He left the place spotless, and was a very nice guy, I highly recommend hiring them to get your fireplaces tuned fo the winter! Just do it!"

"The gutter part of Brian Pierce Roofing is handled by Brian’s son who is spring boarding off his father’s excellent reputation as a roofing contractor. The son opted to install a smaller size gutter than the one replaced on our home. The reason given for this decision was it was determined they could not fit the full size gutter on a small section abutting a slatted pergola style roof over the back deck. The result was that the smaller size gutter is totally inadequate. Why didn’t these numbskulls put the larger size gutter on 3/4 of the house and a smaller piece only on the area they claimed they needed to? We were foolish to trust their judgment. There was no way of determining the result of their work until weeks later. When it rains water gushes over the puny gutters and the whole purpose of new gutters is defeated. I am 100% disabled veteran and having to fix the shoddy work of Brian Pierce Roofing and Gutters LLC will probably require total replacement which will pose a hardship. Everytime it rains I am reminded of this company and their poor decision and what a mistake it was to hire them. I would not recommend them and our neighbors and passers by can also see an example of their poor work everytime it rains."

I took two New quote the first was reliable I told him my ins case was close. If he can reopen he said no . I didn't believe him so I call vicky from Eastwern Slope Roofing told her what happen and she got my case open go Vicky. Your awesome she went over and Beyond her duty to get the case reopen. She will be my roofer for life."
