Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

We have had them do some spot roof repairs in the past, and they have always been prompt, communicative, fair in pricing and thorough in their work. This last job we were looking for roofing reinstall estimates, as well as GACO coating estimates. Due to the type and condition of our roof, we opted for the GACO coating. Among the Master Elite contractors in my area I contacted, Peachtree Restorations was the first one to respond, as a matter of fact, Milton Brannon came to our house the very day I requested the estimate. Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services. Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest. He was also very thoughtful as we reviewed the cost estimates, in terms of helping us avoid unnecessary upgrades. He patiently guided us in selecting our preferred shingle type and color, not only provided us with reference photos, but also twice brought to our house the shingle samples.
