"Initially Vince and his crew Replaced our back patio, walk way to the front, and a left side driveway extension. I was skepticle when he gave me the bid, as it was substatially lower than other bids I got. They did a great job, as a matter of fact I was so satisfied, I had him come back and do the Driveway and right side driveway extension. "Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."
