"I was impressed with the initial call. Steve fully explained pricing and service calls. In less than a week he had a knowledgeable tech at my house who found the problem with the circuit breaker right away: bad install (Titan Solar handywork) and fixed me up. He saw a potential issue with the inverter due to the breaker, but tried to get me back online. The inverter ended up giving up, and they ordered a replacement (warranty). Once I let them know it arrived, the tech was back THE NEXT DAY to install. They make me reconsider my negative opinion of solar from my Titan experience. I'm impressed and will keep them on speed dial!"
