"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

"Although kitchen cabinet work was my most recent project, I have used Chuck Milliman, Jr. over the past year for numerous other projects involved in the rehab of my 106 yr old house. He has placed/ framed in a new awning window in a bedroom, adding cedar shingles to the outside as needed, as well as placed and framed a window, where there was none, in my dining room. He has structurally stabilized my front porch along with replacing tongue-and-groove decking and helped with much smaller jobs of adding locks and door adjustments. No matter the job, his workmanship has always been exceptional and his pricing per project has always been fair and competitive. My cabinet project consisted of removal and repair/rebuild of my kitchen cabinets due to years of water damage. He also needed to replace part of the sub floor due to the same water damage. He has also been very helpful to refer me as needed to his long list of recommended colleagues for other projects. "First time hiring Kitchen and Bath Specialties and working with Joe Laverdiere. He also came over initially to quote a price and then returned to look over the template, which needed adjustment and a new template created. He wanted to ensure that the countertop would be the correct length. He is very knowledge and scheduled our installation for late this week and completed the installation today. He did run into an issue (not of his doing) and was able to handle it. He communicated very clearly to us what we needed to know. We will hire him to install the tiling as well. I highly recommend him."

"The whole process of getting an estimate, picking a material, scheduling, and install was great! They have good prices and did not charge me extra for the "second slab" other companies wanted me to pay for. I paid by sq ft not how many slabs the job would take. This company was very responsive to all my emails and questions. The only small issue I had was that the installers left a bunch of sawdust all over my floor as well as scuff marks from moving my stove. I just had my floors refinished as I am doing a full remodel, so I was not happy to see that. Luckily the scuffs came out with a mop and a little elbow grease or I would have been calling them about it. If you check the pics, ignore the orange cabinets. Those are getting refinished next."
