"The only problem with had was in communication. After first contact, it took a while for an estimate and we really never had it in writing until the work was finished though the original estimate stood firm. We realized that it was a relatively small job, but when we called to say that it needed to be done by a certain date, they came and very efficiently and quickly removed the old concrete and poured and finished the new. The work was made more difficult by our many farm cats that were curious and padded through the wet concrete. The workmen never complained but just refinished the concrete. We did then do our best to keep them off. When it was completed, we were asked if it was to our satisfaction. We felt the the steps were too deep for my husband to negotiate so they came back the next day and put in two extra steps so that the height of each of those was only 3 1/2 inches instead of 7+and quot;. <br /> We would recommend them to our friends. <br />"

"Re-roofed quickly, but we still have have a problem with water run-off from the roof. There is now a "lake" on the ground in front of my dining room window every time it rains (was not there prior). Apparently, the diversion hardware was not reapplied to the roof to divert the water or perhaps the holes at the top of my gutter covers may have been covered by the new roof tiles when they were applied. Whatever the cause, one person returned twice to attempt to resolve the problem, but it's still happening and they haven't returned again, or called, to ensure that the runoff has been alleviated. Last week we had .5 - .75 inch of rain over night in Peoria and my 20 gallon tub I have placed on the ground was overflowing from the runoff from the roof! not acceptable."

Their customer liaison Liz kept me updated on any changes in plans and communicated daily throughout the project. Unlike other contractors I've worked with, I never had to guess what was happening and what was next. They kept me in the loop! What I appreciated most was them taking the time to listen and UNDERSTAND what I required for my project and allow me to take off work that wasn't absolutely necessary to my opening the new location. This was a large project with a VERY tight timeline. They got it done and I was able to open on time. With a business like mine that runs on sessions, it was critical to open - as I already had dancers enrolled in classes that would meet at that location.
