They also removed the old fill, replaced it with processed stone, and carefully checked the driveway’s pitch with a level as they worked. For example, they made sure the surface would drain properly instead of leaving low spots where water could collect. They followed through on everything they promised—and even exceeded expectations. They said they would remove the old asphalt and fill, add processed stone, apply at least three inches of asphalt, and compress it to about two and a half inches. These extra steps showed they were focused on building a durable driveway, not just covering up the old surface. They did a tremendous job and were professional, polite, and detail-oriented throughout."

Steps were reset to the proper height and pitch, and they went the extra mile of placing crushed stone around the steps to keep small critters from making a home under them.
