"Working with L&L was a very positive experience.  They were professional and responsive throughout the entire process.   A previous contractor failed to properly flash the chimney when he  installed a metal roof.  As a result, a signification amount of water was coming into the building. L&L fixed this issue in a timely matter and the quality of work was excellent. In addition, they were conscientious about cleaning the yard and building when they completed the task.

"Absolutely and positively recommend! Called to schedule estimate for roof repair after having a leak in the roof. Jay came out same day, as little as 3 hours after call. Inspected roof inside and out, gave me an estimate which was great and a tentative date to come out. Unfortunately it was going to be raining for the next 5 days. I asked Jay, what can we do and or how much more damage will be done till he can get back out to repair. Jay without hesitate said I will put a patch on right now to get you through the next few days. He did, it worked very well and at that point I knew he was hired. We were treated as family not as a client, was informed of everything via text as we were not going to be home. Jay sent pictures of the process and did a great job cleaning up. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "The Corrigan team did an excellent job of painting the house. We have had the house painted twice before, but never saw such extensive prep work as happened this time. In addition, rotten wood was replaced and the shutters, some of which had broken and/or rotted, were refurbished. The house now looks like new. In addition, they repainted the floor of the screened porch and the rear stoop, which we did not expect. Our only caveat is that cleanup was not as anticipated. Joe said they would vacuum up the chips and dust, but the most they did was to blow some of the dust under a bush. Over all, I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough and expert job done on their house."
