"It was fine. It took while to get it scheduled because I wasn't ready to have it done. It involved taking my back door off and I didn't want to do that in January and February. The stuff that I needed to have done didn't take 4 hours. What I was having done wasn't difficult. He showed up on time and he seemed to know what he was doing so I can't ask for more than that. There was no worst part. The best part was he was a nice guy. We had something in common to talk about so we were able to chitchat while he was working. I think it was worth a hundred bucks. It took a while to get it scheduled. I would possibly use them in the future if I needed more the same type of stuff done."

We made our mind to use his team because he made us feel comfortable to work with. James is the one met our requirement. We have 5 bedrooms 2 baths. It took about two months and half to finish because certain materials we ordered did not arrive on time. During the renovation, there were unexpected issues that James discovered, but he was always able to figure out a solution that falls into our budget.
