CAM Landworks came in and build a swale in the pasture working around the constraints of existing water lines. Now we do not have any more standing water, and the rain has been redirected to flow along our property perimeter. CAM Landworks also hand built a new drain basin next to the garage, installed a much larger drain pipe, and it works great. He was on time; professional; told us exactly what needed to be done; how he would do it; when he would do it; and where to obtain/select the stones (that was an extra cost of about $3000 on top of his work) he would install. "I am very happy with the work that was performed by Millennium. My mom had a stroke and the bath needed handrails, safety rails and a shower seat installed. We were also in need of additional hand rails installed on three different flights of steps. We had a very short time frame as my mom was just coming out of the hospital. Kip was extremely responsive and was able to complete the project quickly, under budget and to my mother's satisfaction. Kip worked with my mom to assist her in choosing the style and hardware that she was comfortable with.
