"We had an excellent experience with Plymouth Landscaping! We hired them to complete a deck removal and patio install, with some plantings around the perimeter. Joe and his team were always available to answer questions, and we had a LOT. Our yard is small and sloped and they came up with brilliant solutions in order to utilize the space we were working with. Jose, Arturo and Carlos were super knowledgeable, professional, cleaned up every evening before departing. I would highly recommend Plymouth Landscaping for your backyard projects!"

"After moving into a new house, we decided we wanted to replace the outdated patio space outback. We reached out to Naulty and they were able to provide us with a 3-D design, so we could fully understand exactly what we were getting prior to the installation. Our patio came out even more beautiful in person than we imagined. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new patio."

"GGF Landscaping did an incredible job installing a walkway, gorgeous steps, and a small patio in my front lawn. Their professionalism, timeliness, and the quality of work, all exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. I would highly recommend GGF to anyone looking to install hardscaping and give their home/curb appeal a major face lift. Thanks GGF! 10/10"

"Chris Basile did an excellent job! He is a very neat, meticulous and skilled mason! He removed all the existing mortar joints in my 15 year old flagstone patio; he reset any loose stones, and then pointed the patio in a color I choose. He thoroughly cleaned up the work area and when he left, I did not have to clean at all.I highly recommend Chris Basile!"

"JLS Land Services is always my "go to" company for anything needed in my 4.5 acre yard that I can't do myself, and after our first job, I've been using them for several years now. James is always extremely responsive, including coming within 24 hours to fix a problem that building contractor created with our neighbor's property. His crew members are hard working and respectful and skilled at what they do. Highly recommend!!"

"We had a large tree stump that ruined our driveway and caused extensive buckling. Dio Construction did the job in two parts - first pulled up over the stump. Then once the stump was gone, came back to repave the whole surface. They added 2" of new asphalt to the entire driveway (large driveway and basketball area in back). We also had it extended on the side and back. It looks amazing and we can now use the driveway to access our garage. The grade of paving is perfect. The weather was challenging, but Dio Construction kept in contact with us and even worked with us on a deadline that we requested. Great company who we would work with again if the need arose."

"Keystone just finished the first deck I've ever had built. This company runs like a well oiled machine from sales to installation. The showroom is great and shows lots of options. The quote and design were detailed with a quick turnaround by Ron Yoder the sales rep after his visit to our home. He even gave us great suggestions, which we ended up incorporating. From there we had to wait a few months for the build to start, but they stayed in touch through the scheduling team. The installation team (Jonathan Esh, Steven Beiler and Willie...who last name escapes me) were here 7AM on the dot, and wrapped up around 4PM. These guys completed a roughly 450 square foot deck in 8 business days, including a curved bar, three stone columns and a built-in grill with stone around it. Really nice guys, can't say enough about them. Once we get around to the patio underneath the deck, we'll seriously consider Keystone again."

"We are thrilled with this job. Even three months after it was complete, neighbors have stopped us to ask about it. We had ideas about what we wanted -- a lot of evergreen bushes, lower-lying bushes around our patio so we can see into our yard, a few splashes of color. Matt and Joe came to our house the day after I called them to ask for an estimate. They were knowledgeable, experienced, and relaxed -- very easy to work with. Matt ended up being our main contact during the planning process and was very hands on. He emailed me numerous time with additional ideas about trees or bushes we might consider along with pictures of them. He came up with a very cool idea to add large flat stone boulders to step onto our patio (we asked for something simple but were open to other ideas; this option looks and works great). He also added small succulent plants in the crevices of the steps to give it a rustic look. We get loads of compliments on this. He and Joe were on site the entire time their crew were here (3 days). We've worked with 5 different landscaping groups over the years for different projects and this group is by far our favorite. It was a big job, but they really impressed us. It's also worth noting that Duffy Brothers salvaged and re-used any existing plantings that were healthy and even offered great suggestions for new "homes" for some of our existing plants that we thought were no longer healthy. We highly and enthusiastically recommend them. The overall cost was high, but fair, in our opinion, because of the work and new plantings involved. It was a really big project and investment for us."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Perkiomenville, PA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
