They did a wonderful job installing hard scape and rock, fixing issues left from the previous landscapers, and getting sod and plants installed and hooked up to our irrigation system. George remains available when I need him for questions or troubleshooting should anything come up. They returned to adjust sprinklers, check on the grass, and replace any sod that had struggled to take root. They’re trustworthy and great communicators. I would recommend XPERT to anyone trying to spin up a landscape project!"

"Review Update: April 27, 2024 Earlier this month, I hired Mr. Electric again to run some wiring for an electrical outlet in my garage. Ivan, the electrician who came out, explained what the job entailed and asked if I had any questions. All of my questions were answered. Ivan is an electrician with many years of experience. The work was done efficiently without delay. You can be assured that Mr. Electric has the customer's safety and satisfaction as their goal. Prior to starting the work, they perform a courtesy inspection of all your electrical outlets. Again, I am very pleased with the work performed and will be using Mr. Electric again as the need arises. I have purchased their Advantage Plan, which includes, Priority Scheduling, Preferred Pricing, Periodic Specials, Personalized Records, Transferable Agreement, Multiple Site Coverage, and Extended Labor Warranty. Adrian from Mr Electric came out to troubleshoot a flickering light issue I was having with my porch light that was connected to a timer switch. I told him I suspected the timer was bad because sometimes it didn t turn the lights on and off as programmed. Before starting, Adrian explained what steps were necessary to troubleshoot and what the costs would be for any repair work. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining how the electrical current was supposed to flow. After testing both the can light fixture and the switch wiring, he determined that the timer itself was faulty and needed replacing. He installed the new timer I had purchased. Everything works fine. He swept up any debris and made sure his work area was clean. I am very pleased with the service I received. I am also very pleased with his professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely call on Mr. Electric again for any future electrical needs I might have."

"Had old fluorescent lights.  This company specializes in replacing those old lights with new LED lighting highlighted by a new, finished, more up to date look along with a crown moulding trim. <br /> These guys KNEW what they were doing.  The job went perfectly and came out great. They had TWO rooms to do (kitchen and pantry) and finished in one day.  Left the house cleaner than it was when they started.  Couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product.  All in all, a wonderful experience. <br />"

"Keith is the guy who you want to call for any electrical needs. He worked in my budget. The work he did was fantastic. I was really pleased with the increase in light in the hallways. He gave me a few tips on changing out some switches and electrical sockets. Keith said to call him if I had any trouble. I did have trouble and called him on two different occasions and he talked me through how to wire them correctly. Seriously, I have written about three reviews in my life and Keith at KBP Electric is the answer to your needs. <br />"

"Roman, the owner, showed up right on time. His two man work crew was right behind him. They planned the lay-out of the lighting fixtures and got right to work. Roman gave us some expert advice on installing the remote control as opposed to a wall switch. His advice really helped us make a decision and we went with the remote control unit in the ceiling fan. The crew was very professional and helped move all of the furniture in and out of the living room. They laid down a huge drop cloth that covered the whole floor. They completed the job in a very timely manner and left our house neat and clean. We will definitely contact Roman again at Advanced Electric in Simi Valley, CA for future electrical work. P.S. his prices are more than fair."

They met our very tight budget demands, provided us with fantastic professionals to ensure our project was done well, to code, and on time! Wonderful work. "Sunshine builders planned and designed our outdoor living space and executed it after we approved all the changed and modifications so it will fit exactly to what we wanted to have. At first, we honestly didn’t think that we can get all what we wanted under our budget because it was just too many things in one project. The project that we wanted to do, included a 2 levels patio with space for full BBQ with dining area, sink, refrigerator, counter top and a large stone fire pit with seating area. More than that, we added some plantings spots by building a plats pots, a new grass area, LED solar lighting fixtures, a new driveway and more things. We’ve met and interviewed many contractors and home improvement companies and landscapers over the last few months and none of them was able to compete to Eric’s experience, quality and promise to ensure their work with our expectations.
