Less service, less reliability and some caused damage by using inappropriate chemicals. Now, here comes James. He knows his business 110% . Can answer all my questions to my satisfaction. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I didn't even get to mention they have the best prices in the county that I have seen. So much more for your money. Like what you ask? Do you get photos of your crystal clean waters after the service? Detailed service reports which include chemical concentration before and after treatment including what was added and it's all sent to your email after the visit is complete. Always having issues trying to maintain it, with the winds causing excessive amount of dirt, messing up the salt levels turning it green and having to drain it to acid wash. Ever since Christian has taken care of it he knows exactly how to keep it sparkling. Not once has it turned green between seasons. Which I know is hard to do with a larger pool like mine.
