Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."

They went above and beyond to get our basement exactly the way we wanted, and we could not be happier. The finished basement has given us an extra 1300 sq ft of comfortable and livable space. The one area we were concerned about was having a bedroom in the basement without a way to exit from the basement. Eugene made this easy by installing a basement egress window just in case someone had to get out of the basement, and we could also claim that now as an additional bedroom if we ever sell the home. Each of the crew members that came into the house were kind and respectful of our home which made for a much less stressful renovation project. Eugene kept us informed throughout the whole project. We had a complicated situation with rerouting the plumbing but again his highly skilled crew did an amazing job. I have already recommended Glorem to friends that are having their basement remodeled. They are extremely hard working and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with the completed project."
