Although we live in a townhouse, the record-breaking Maryland rainfall and the slant of the front lawn toward our foundation had caused serious water build up at our foundation and threat to overflow into the basement.. For several weeks we had been bailing rainwater round the clock from the trench that had formed at the front of our home and using dozens of paper towel rolls to absorb water. Kyle saw the seriousness of the problem, brought his co-worker Matt who would do the work to help plan their project and scheduled a date. Matt was excellent and very thorough. "We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do. Pouring concrete for a pathway or driveway can wreak havoc in your yard, but these guys were so meticulous and careful to only drive on my lawn and put dirt on my lawn. (I have a semi-detached home). They cleaned up everything nicely and even reseeded my grass where the track marks from the truck were. I have already contracted with GPRO for some additional landscaping. Dealing with the owner, Chris is a pleasant experience and he is always available to answer questions, help with any issues that may arise, etc. The only reason I gave them a and quot;Band quot; for quality is because we've had to tell them on several occasions to mow along where our property line actually is and not where they think it might be and because I often see some missed areas of trimming under the large pine trees along our fence.
