"They promised to get done as quickly as possible since I had to move out of the house because I could not use the downstairs bathroom. They said it would take 3 days plus an extra day for the grout to harden and they finished. right on time. The bathroom looks wonderful. And I have to mention that they did a great job cleaning up afterward. Additionally, they came back a week later to install a new sink faucet, at which time they also installed grab bars in the shower and the new blinds in the bathroom window, all at no additional labor cost. We've been customers since they remodeled our kitchen in 2004 and will continue to do so. I don't want the cheapest work. I want the best. Thank you Gary."

"Absolutely loved working with the Precision Remodeling team. I came across them a few years back when we had damage to our deck during a storm and they replaced the deck. They did a great job then, so when we decided to re-model our kitchen, we worked with them. Jamie was excellent. He and the team that did the work were incredible. "Joe and his team did an exceptional job helping us integrate multiple projects in our basement and the results were outstanding! We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. The entire process: scoping, design, coordination, execution, and detailed wrap up was accomplished under a great leader and problem solver with highly credible and expert tradesman. "I hired Walter Howard to renovate the master bathroom.  He was professional in every respect from the initial estimate to final completion of the job.   The job required removal and replacement of shower, toilet, sink, cabinets, and all fixtures; installation on new lighting, ceiling fan, new GFCI, tile floor and trim and new paint.  He and his team arrived promptly, did their work in a competent and confident manner and ensured the job site was clean before they left for the day.  He completed the job on-time and on budget, and my wife is delighted with the results.  I was so pleased with the work he did on this project, that I hired him to do our hall bathroom.  If you are looking for an experienced, reliable and high quality contractor, I strongly recommend Walter's Home Improvement.  His prices are reasonable and the work is first rate.

"Last week Dimitri and his crew finished remodeling 2 of my bathrooms. I am thrilled with the results! They gutted both bathrooms down to the studs and properly rebuilt the walls with cement backer board in the showers and on the floors. These gentlemen are true artists. They painstakingly cut my 12”x24” tiles so that my niche was centered. They took their time to make sure my mosaic accent tile was smooth and even. Since the walls in my old house aren’t square, Dimitri worked his magic to make my vanities fit against the walls. In my Master bathroom, 3 walls were removed in order to enlarge my shower and overall bathroom space. They moved plumbing, set up new electrical sockets and lights, installed a new exhaust fan which vents to the outside and removed a wall in order to put in a smooth gliding pocket door. The installation of a glass frameless shower door and a glass door above the tub was perfect; the doors float along the tracks as smooth as silk. This is a family owned business. Dimitri, his two sons and another crew member came to work on time every day. Even though they worked long hours, it was apparent that they loved their job. I certainly reaped the benefits of their expertise. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling job. I will definitely call them back to remodel my third bathroom and put a composite material like Trex on my deck."

"Gus Moniodis of 4 Seasons Construction, LLC did a fantastic job on remodeling my kitchen. My house was built in the early 70’s and the kitchen needed to be gone. He did a fantastic job on clearing everything out and even worked around my appliances that I was keeping. He was very helpful on suggesting were I could purchase my cabinets and countertop at reasonable prices. Gus also did whatever I asked and even gave suggestions on some things because this was my first venture on doing anything like this. He was very professional and left my house clean, once he was finished for the day. Always on time and communicating which is very important to me. I know who I’ll be calling on my next project!!"
