"While removing the old roof, the aluminum coverings on our mansard roof dormers were damaged. The roofing crew attempted to repair the damage but the result was not satisfactory. As compensation they deducted a small amount from the total bill."

"We had new windows installed January 2023 and ran into a problem with the window company completing our bay window standing seam metal roof that we requested. After over two months of waiting, I contacted Bill Jackson at Bill Jackson Roofing to see if he could get the roof completed. Bill came out right away and the roof was installed the following week. The installers were very professional and were very concerned that our design needs were met. We are EXTREMELY pleased with our bay window standing seam metal roof and the quality of work performed by Bill Jackson Roofing. I would definitely recommend calling Bill Jackson for your metal roof needs."

"Very well done .Cleaned up very well."

"The owner was very pleasant to work with! All of our expectations were exceeded! Very knowledgeable, hands on, and honest! Great company to have do any roofing, siding or gutter needs!"

"Everything went very well. We sent Michael pictures of what needed to be done. He gave us a quote. We later asked him to come onsite to firm up the quote, which he did, and the price was the same. He stated he was booked some time out, but said he sometimes has cancellations. He contacted us and stated he indeed had a cancellation, so was able to start the next day. He started the work, even without a deposit, since it was short notice, and we were still away, out of town. We were trying to decide what to do for railing, and had captured quotes from supply companies for replacement aluminum or steel materials, but they seemed high. We asked Michael for his thoughts. He checked a hardware store for us, sent us pictures, and then sent us the part number/SKU's from the store. We paid the store directly, and he picked up the materials. The work is almost done, but all has gone great thus far, and we see no reason why it won't complete with great success."

"Sweet it's fixed was incredibly helpful and professional. When I explained what my budget was, he found a way to get the job done and the bathroom working within that amount. The original quote was the price I paid, despite the scope of work having to increase multiple times due to more extensive damage than originally expected! Jason was always kind and helpful, from answering my initial call right before he was about to go out of town, to always arriving on time, to making sure I was well informed about what was happening with the bathroom at all times. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. If you are looking for someone who honors their word, respects your time and budget, and does quality work, Sweet It's Fixed is who you should go with."

"It went well. They replaced our roof with a new metal roof and new gutters. Looks great!"

"Fast and professional. We are very pleased with our new roof!"

"Lance and his team at Real Deal Remodeling are an A+ team. I’ve used them for numerous home repairs like repairing structural issues on my 100+ year old home to fixing plumbing issues that other companies said were not repairable without major demo work. Lance does his best to give you an accurate quote and stick to it as closely as possible. They are not the cheapest in town but they are fair and upfront with everything they finds."
