"Frankie and his team are great to work with! We met with several contractors, but I really appreciate that Frankie is so hands on with the whole process and not "just" the salesman. Frankie talked through all of our options and offered to answer questions for us even if we didn't end up hiring him. He responded quickly to every inquiry we had, by call and text, and kept us up to date on the process the entire time. Our yard and fence need was small, but they were in and out within half a day. His team did a great job with site clean up as well, and called us out a few times during the process to make sure we were happy with everything. Highly recommend!"

"It took a few iterations to get the contract written to my satisfaction. Their wording was very sparse and left the door open for potential misunderstandings. In the end, I ended up handwriting the details myself onto their contract document. They never told me that the entire job would be done by another contractor who they hired as a sub. In the end, the sub did the work properly and to my satisfaction. But my advice to them is to write more detailed contracts and let the customers know exactly who will be performing the work."
