His knowledge, professionalism, and personality immediately helped us make up our minds to hire Politz Enterprises to replace our shingles on our home and detached garage. "I had all my windows replaced and am extremely pleased with the entire process from sales, estimate, explanation of products, to install. Sales was able to explain each product and come up with the windows to fit my specific needs for each room. Install was on time and the two installers were great - worked all day, answered questions, top- quality work and clean- up. Also ordered sliding patio doors and expecting those to be installed in the next few weeks!"

"This company was the first to call me at 7:40am during a tropical storm and was able to squeeze me in that morning. Anthony came out and was lovely, he did the work professionally and was easy to talk to. He explained the company's care package and a few minor issues on my roof that I should have replaced. In addition, he found that the leaking on my roof was not indeed, a roof problem, but a plumbing problem from one of the vents coming out of the bathroom. I will work with them again and will sign up to their package deal which would protect us for 1 year after service and minor fixes to flashing and such."

"Very very slow service. Took at least 5 weeks from initial contact to get roof repaired. Took two weeks just to get an estimate. Had to call 2 or 3 times to even get it in the two weeks that it took. Never provided photos of the roof or damages a stated in the deal. Very poor customer service. Actual person repairing the roof was fine. If you don't care about poor response times and you have all the time in the world to get your roof repaired then they are fine. Otherwise I wouldn't use. <br />"

"Gutter Guys installed my gutters several years ago. Since then, I have paid them to come back and clean them every fall. They were here today and, under the supervision of Josh, did another great job. They cleaned the gutters, got branches off the roof, tightened some loose gutter screws, and left the place completely cleaned up. Thanks for another year of good work, guys!"

I also wasn't sure if I had more or less than the official linear feet of gutters allowed, or if one of the roofs would be too high, but they didn't say a thing about either..."

Tom was very quick in his response to my initial inquiry...He came out the very next day to do the inspection...Once the job was started both Tom and his workers were very professional making sure they met every need of the job and going above and beyond on the exterior of the house by doing some painting to make sure everything else tied into the work they had done!! Truly appreciated that part of the job....I will definitely be using his services from this point on...I felt his pricing was very good and fair. I received a earlier inspection/estimate where the pricing for the roof was the exact as Toms minus the fixing of the piping which the other company never mentioned..This led me to believe that Toms inspection was more in depth and he also sent me video of what needed to be prepared..."

Two days later they did my siding and windows. </p> <p>Excellent cleanup. </p> <p>They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.</p> <p>I highly recommend them to anyone need exterior work done.</p>"
