"We hired SB General Construction to redo our deck from wood to Trex. He did our friend?s deck from scratch which looked nice. Sokol gave a written estimate to replace the decking, railing, stairs, gate and to remove/reinstall the existing low voltage lights. We also asked for underdeck covering to be installed to keep the area under dry when it rains. The structure (framing and joists) was to kept. The work was unprofessional and messy. In the end we were left with broken low voltage lighting that was supposed to be reinstalled, uneven decking and stairs that are crooked, among other things. Stairs were shimmed up by scrap wood, deck lights buried under a mountain of debris, boards loose, electric outlet on deck broken and walkway lights (not even a part of the job) broken and no longer working. We now need to pay an Electrician to fix all of this spending even more money. Not at all happy with the results."
