"Five Star Painting provided terrific customer service and was extremely great to work with. Due to many unfortunate circumstances, we needed this job to be started and completed in a time-sensitive fashion (started within 7 days). Multiple companies scoffed at our time frame, saying that they could not start and finish a project so quickly. Finally, I found Five Star Painting. Bob at Five Star Painting informed me that he would be able to make an exception due to our situation, despite the current typical start time of 14 days. He made the necessary accommodations and completed the work quickly and at the time that we agreed. The only downside was that the initial paint job was not as clean as I had hoped, with some paint splatters (spots) on the door and window frames and moldings. I called Bob to express my dismay, and he quickly rectified the situation in a timely fashion. He drove to our home and made sure that all the blemishes were corrected and the paint job was truly pristine! It's easy to see that Bob runs a business where customer satisfaction is the top priority. I contacted him whenever I needed; never did I spend hours or days waiting for a reply. Communication was rapid and painless. He followed through on every agreement and commitment he made. Although the work was not perfect initially, he was quick to make amends and see that we were 100% satisfied. I have been very satisfied with the quality of the work.  The house is sided with cedar shakes.  The paint lasts about 9 to 10 years before requiring a recoat.  (The trim lasts about half that interval.)  Very little peeling occurs in that interval; the trim has always been the worst offender.  The house is power washed in preparation.  Primer is used as required.  Spray equipment is used to apply the paint.   The paint is applied evenly without any runs.  Overspray is basically non-existent.

The workmen arrive when scheduled.  Rich, the owner is there during the beginning of the job and periodically during the job.  His foreman is there during the entire job.

JNA came out and spackled and painted everything just about perfectly, all in a day's time. The price was extremely reasonable. "We hired ETC home improvements after meeting Eddie and receiving a very reasonable quote. We had two paint projects, the first was an entire house without ceilings and the second was two rooms and the ceilings. The paint crew was meticulous in their painting. They picked up our paint, arrived on time and began working immediately. The worked hour after hour from 9 am until nearly 6 pm The removed valances and blinds and after the paint dried, they reinstalled them. The were careful in moving furniture, covered everything with plastic and drop cloths. Our home was probably cleaner after they left than when they started, Exceptionally gracious, kind and professional. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely use them again in the future."
